Terms of use

These terms cover the Maths Paw app for iPhone and iPad, and this website. The app is being prepared for release.

Who may use it

A parent or guardian accepts these terms for a child. Anyone under 18 needs that permission. The app is not a school, an exam board, or a tutor.

What you get

Maths Paw is completely free. All courses, lessons, labs, practice activities and progress features are included on iPhone and iPad. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Using the app

The licensed application end user licence is Apple’s standard EULA, together with these terms.

The website

This site explains the product. It does not teach the lessons, and Maths Paw does not take payment here. The app is not available to download from this website. An optional footer link can open Buy Me a Coffee. That is not required to use the app, and any payment there is handled by Buy Me a Coffee, not by Maths Paw or the App Store.

Your responsibilities

Use the app for the child’s learning. Do not try to damage the app or the learning stored on the device. Screen Time limits, if you want them, are Apple’s controls, not a dashboard inside Maths Paw.

Limits

The app is provided as a learning aid. It does not promise a grade, a school place, or a particular result.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be removed.
